An employee who joined the company after graduating from a science graduate school wanted to improve his knowledge of technical sales and sales skills to highly specialized business partners, so he consulted with the president about studying at graduate school and obtaining a doctorate.
After consulting with a professor who is involved in joint research with our company, He started studying again at graduate school in April 2018. He worked as an employee on weekdays and went to graduate school on weekends, aiming to obtain a doctorate in about two years. The company pays and supports the full amount of tuition fees.

We also extend invitations to external parties, such as the “Kyoto Relay Marathon in Takaragaike,” encouraging participation.
We actively recruit participants from our business partners, and together with the president and employees of Sakigake Semiconductor, we engage in relay races and hold social gatherings after reaching the goal.There is a strong emphasis on fostering connections both internally and externally.
This fiscal year, with the goal of boosting employee motivation and promoting the habit of exercise, we participated in the “Satsuki Run & Walk Company Competition.”

Generating wind from Planks
It is possible to use plasma to generate wind with zero moving parts, without the use of motors or fans.
This technology is incorporated into our product (Gas-Free Pen-Type Atmospheric Plasma Device: NRSR-P10) and is also expected to be applied as a compact and thin air-blowing unit for integration into various devices.
Smoke suppressor
Have you ever had trouble seeing or been bothered by the smell due to smoke from cigarettes or other sources?
This device decomposes the main components of tobacco, such as nitrosamines and N-nitrosomethylamine, into colorless and odorless gases like carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide through the action of plasma decomposition.
Powder Processing Technology
Conventional plasma processing equipment struggles to treat powders effectively, so we have developed and commercialized our unique range of devices. Our vacuum-type equipment includes a stirring mechanism, while our atmospheric-pressure type employs a ‘fluidized bed’ technique to ensure each particle is exposed to plasma. Additionally, we have developed devices that utilize discharge at the liquid surface and discharge within the liquid.
Water repellent technology
Material surfaces can also be made water-repellent by treating them with fluorine-based plasma.
Compared to applying a coating agent, using plasma to achieve water repellency has the advantage of modifying only the outermost surface of the material, thereby preserving the inherent properties of the base material.
Rubber lubricity
Plasma treatment can change the properties of material surfaces.
Rubber is characterised by its non-slip properties, but a fluorine-based plasma treatment can change only the surface as if it were PTFE (Teflon), making it slippery, as shown in the picture.
Our developed process enables treatment without the use of greenhouse gases that were previously used.
Production Equipment
Even for existing equipment, we modify the size of the chamber and manufacture jigs tailored to the treatment targets according to customer requests.
In addition to the main plasma processing equipment, we are also developing peripheral devices such as transport equipment.
