An employee who joined the company after graduating from a science graduate school wanted to improve his knowledge of technical sales and sales skills to highly specialized business partners, so he consulted with the president about studying at graduate school and obtaining a doctorate.
After consulting with a professor who is involved in joint research with our company, He started studying again at graduate school in April 2018. He worked as an employee on weekdays and went to graduate school on weekends, aiming to obtain a doctorate in about two years. The company pays and supports the full amount of tuition fees.

We also extend invitations to external parties, such as the “Kyoto Relay Marathon in Takaragaike,” encouraging participation.
We actively recruit participants from our business partners, and together with the president and employees of Sakigake Semiconductor, we engage in relay races and hold social gatherings after reaching the goal.There is a strong emphasis on fostering connections both internally and externally.
This fiscal year, with the goal of boosting employee motivation and promoting the habit of exercise, we participated in the “Satsuki Run & Walk Company Competition.”
